Testimonials

I like your site. It was very helpful in locating an agent in an unfamiliar area and dealing with the sale of a home 1200 miles from where I live.
Would Highly recommend Allan Smith. Very professional responsive and GREAT to work with. My sale was very complicated with lots of details to be taken care of and Allan did an excellent job.

Relocating to Denver

As the capital of Colorado, and the largest city in the state, Denver is located along the plains just east of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Denver is nick-named the “Mile High City” due to its high elevation of 5,280 feet. The city is home to the Colorado Rockies and the famous Coors Field. The capital has an international airport and an excellent public transportation system. Denver has many attractions such as the oldest hotel in the city, the Brown Palace Hotel, Buckhorn Exchange, the state capitol, an abundance of museums, and the Richthofen Castle. Denver is also home to many colleges and universities such as the University of Colorado at Denver, Regis University, and the University of Denver. Denver has a semi-arid climate characterized by dry snowy winters, wet springs, low-humidity summers, and enjoyable falls. While Denver is located on the Great Plains, the weather is greatly influenced by the closeness of the Rocky Mountains to the west. Due to the city's large geographical boundaries, Denver is divided into seventy-nine residential districts offering a variety of housing options with single family homes averaging at $310, 000 and condominiums averaging at $194, 000.
